Here's another tip.
Training can be seen as owning a farm. You have to plant the seeds, and then harvest the returns. If you harvest, and don't plant new seeds, you don't get harvest the next time.
If you keep using the same way to train over and over again, you're trying to "harvest" dry crops. Do some bodybuilding, some strength building, some skill sharpening. Don't persistently try to build strength ALL the time.
